At JoyfulGifts, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since we deal in carefully curated gift products, we follow a clear and transparent Replacement Policy in line with Google Play policies.

1. Payment Mode

  • All orders on JoyfulGifts are Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Since no online payment is collected, refunds are not applicable.
  • Instead, we provide replacement support for eligible cases.

2. Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Wrong product delivered

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for replacement:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Original invoice/order confirmation must be available
  • Images or video proof of damage may be required

4. Non-Replaceable Items

Replacement will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference (color, smell, style, etc.)
  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Used or altered products

5. Replacement Process

To request a replacement:

  2. Share your order ID, product details, and issue
  3. Provide clear images of the damaged or incorrect product
  4. After verification, a replacement will be shipped

6. Shipping for Replacement

  • Replacement shipping is free for approved cases
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
