1. Payment Mode
- All orders on JoyfulGifts are Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Since no online payment is collected, refunds are not applicable.
- Instead, we provide replacement support for eligible cases.
2. Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day replacement under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Wrong product delivered
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
3. Conditions for Replacement
To be eligible for replacement:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Original invoice/order confirmation must be available
- Images or video proof of damage may be required
4. Non-Replaceable Items
Replacement will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind

- Incorrect address or customer unavailability
- Products damaged after delivery
- Used or altered products
